The Grace Tipling Concert Hall, located within the Shelburne Town Hall, was designed by architect Frank Grant Dunbar and constructed in 1882. Mr. Dunbar also designed the Orangeville Town Hall. The acoustics are superb and every seat offers an excellent view of the stage. There is seating for 195, room for two wheelchairs and elevator access to the Hall. There is a wide variety of productions in the Hall, from Michael Burgess to local theatre and high school productions. In addition, the Hall has been the venue for several weddings, a high school reunion and retirement functions. Council chambers are also available to rent for small meetings.
